1. Introduction

Lanesra CC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Lanesra platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Account data: Email address (collected during sign-up via magic link or Google OAuth), display name.
  • Meeting context: Meeting type, participant details, desired outcomes, stance, context notes, and any additional information you provide when creating a brief.
  • Generated content: Strategic briefs, roleplay conversation transcripts, debrief analyses, and cheat sheets produced by the Service for your account.
  • Payment information: Processed securely through Polar. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Information collected automatically:

  • Usage data: Feature usage patterns, credit consumption, and session information to improve the Service.
  • Authentication cookies: Supabase authentication tokens stored as secure, HTTP-only cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate strategic preparation briefs, roleplay simulations, and debrief analyses tailored to your meetings.
  • To maintain and improve the Service, including quality and relevance of generated content.
  • To process transactions and manage your subscription.
  • To communicate with you about your account, service updates, and policy changes.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase: Authentication, user management, and database storage. Your account data and generated content are stored on Supabase infrastructure.
  • OpenAI / Groq: Content generation engines that process your meeting context to produce briefs, roleplay responses, and debrief analyses. Your input data is sent to these services for processing but is not used by them to train their models.
  • Polar: Payment processing for subscriptions and credit purchases.
  • Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure for the web application.

5. Data Retention

  • Your account data and generated content are retained as long as your account is active.
  • Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data and generated content within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
  • Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for service improvement purposes.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Export: Export your briefs and generated content (available via the PDF export feature).
  • Objection: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

7. Cookies

We use minimal cookies strictly necessary for authentication (Supabase auth tokens). We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as our cookies are essential for Service functionality.

8. Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption in transit).
  • Database access is protected by Row Level Security (RLS), ensuring users can only access their own data.
  • Authentication is handled via secure, HTTP-only cookies. We do not store passwords — authentication uses magic links or OAuth.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
