Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Lanesra (“the Service”), operated by Lanesra CC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Lanesra is a strategic meeting preparation assistant that helps professionals prepare for high-stakes meetings including interviews, sales calls, negotiations, consultations, and other professional interactions. The Service generates preparation briefs, provides roleplay practice, and offers post-meeting debrief analysis.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account. Authentication is handled via magic link email or Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account. Accounts are not transferable.
  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or any related systems.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, sell, or resell any part of the Service without our express written permission.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • The Service offers credit-based and subscription plans: Starter (one-time credits), Growth (monthly subscription), and Pro (monthly subscription).
  • Each credit entitles you to one strategic brief or one roleplay session.
  • Payments are processed securely through Polar. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your content: You retain ownership of all input data and meeting context you provide. You also own the briefs, roleplay transcripts, and debrief analyses generated for your account.
  • Our platform: Lanesra CC retains all rights to the Service, its design, underlying technology, branding, and proprietary systems.
  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the Service. We will never share your individual data with third parties for marketing purposes.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service provides strategic preparation assistance. The content generated is advisory in nature and should not be construed as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
  • The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Lanesra CC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
